Underwater images of women in the Ocean .
A series of images exploring the relationship that women have with the ocean.
I’ve been shooting women in the ocean, surfing , diving , swimming and dancing for a few years.
A common them I have noticed is a deep love of the ocean but also a great fear of the ocean.
My images are intended to capture this relationship.
Mark is a South African born artist / photographer based in Sydney. I have called Sydney home for the last 12 years.
His work focuses on people’s relationship with the ocean.
A lifestyle and surf photographer based in Manly . His surf photography has been on a number of surfing magazines and books. Including front covers.
Mark haswon a couple of awards for his surf photography.
Most recently – the Best Surf Photo of 2019 at the Byron Bay festival of surfing.
Last year Mark was 2nd place in Australian Emerging photographer of the year in Australia.
I recently started shooting women underwater, and its proved to be very popular.
