Head On Photo Festival 2024
Head On Photo Festival 2024 returns this November to transform Sydney into a photography paradise with major exhibitions at Bondi Pavilion Gallery and outdoors in Paddington and Bondi Beach.
Every year since 2010, Head On Photo Festival offers an incredible opportunity to experience the artistry of emerging and established Australian and international photographers. It’s a wonderful chance to delve deeper into the world through photography and connect with fellow photography enthusiasts.
Key dates:
- Sept: Festival exhibition and events program announced. Sign up to our e-newsletter and socials to stay informed
- 8 Nov: Festival launch party & announcement of Photo Awards winners
- 9-10 Nov: Opening weekend events
- 9 Nov – 1 Dec: Featured Program exhibitions are open to the public
- 11 Nov: Open Program exhibitions and events
How you can join in
- Enter the Head On Photo Awards. 2 July – 18 Aug
- Participate in AddOn 2024 a community group exhibition and book
- Volunteer behind the scenes to make the festival happen
- Support and celebrate photography by visiting the exhibitions during the festival
