The NoWestConnex Project is Luca Altamore’s document of the raw emotion and swell of people against the WestConnex project. It is Australia’s largest transport project and will link Sydney’s west and south-west with the CBD, Sydney Airport and Port Botany.
Public discontent has resulted in major demonstrations expressing anger, sadness and grief towards the gutting of neighbourhoods and parks and the decimation of communities that have been established over time.
