Home display

The the irony of this homeless woman and her dog, choosing to sleep in front of a pretty home display window in Pitt St Mall, Sydney, did not escape me. In fact, there were two homes on display. Shoppers were not deterred by this in the slightest; it was as if the woman was invisible. Apart from feeling uneasy when I see two worlds colliding, I was also concerned about the woman’s health and safety;  she was very young. How will life unfold for her?
