From a selection of glittering fashion events in Australia and the USA, photographer Jennifer Polixenni Brankin presents over 30 stunning images documenting runway glamour, sophisticated portraits and intimate backstage moments.
With a career spanning from Sydney to New York, award-winning photographer and art director Jennifer Polixenni Brankin has thirteen years’ experience shooting fashion, documentary and portraiture. National advertising campaigns, marketing collateral and editorials are her speciality. Whether in the studio or on location, she excels in developing memorable creative concepts, leading clients through all stages of production to publication.
In recent years her work has attracted numerous awards including gold, silver and bronze ADDYs from the Tucson Advertising Federation. Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Arts in Design from The University of Western Sydney and a Certificate in Film & Television Production Techniques from Eora TAFE. IN 2003 she participated in an Interior Design scholarship exchange through California State University, Sacramento.
Saturday 23rd May -Guest artist talk and opening reception
1:00pm-3:00pm: Guest speaker “Artist Talk” Ella Dreyfus PhD, Contemporary Visual Artist, Senior Lecturer in Photography, Head of Public Programs, National Art School will be speaking about her work and life as a photographic artist.
3:00pm-6:00pm: Artists cocktail reception for Photographer Jennifer Polixenni Brankin and “THE RUNWAY” exhibition opening
