The series is an exploration of life in one of the many tent cities that house over 1.5 million internally displaced people in Port Au Prince, Haiti. In these camps I found families doing their best to provide for each other, to help their friends and families.
Their human experience is just like yours or mine, they suffer and rejoice as a community and hope to have a loving and healthy family and to better their situation. But their story is set in the paradigm of extreme suffering, heart ache and poverty, while we are truly born the lucky ones.
