Light as a Feather
I have always been fascinated with feathers and addicted to macro photography, so it only seemed natural to use this specialised lens to artistically and intricately photograph them to show-off the beauty, pattern and colour of feathers.
This exhibition not only showcases their beauty but also explores the science of feathers, how they get their colour, the marvel of flight, their uniqueness and the different types of feathers on a bird and the roles they play.
All feathers have been ethically sourced.
All images printed onto fine art cotton rag paper to give an illustrative feel.
