Sitting waiting for a long time for my lift, I gave up on finding any beauty in this bleak and faded place and stared blankly at the wall. The older the afternoon grew, the more sickly the orange of the bare wall became. Eventually, I noticed the shadows cast by this long afternoon fell over the only greenery. How green it was, still, in its dark spot, surrounded by the reddening afternoon.
