Dancing mangroves

This image was captured on the shoreline of Broome, Western Australia. The Pindan ‘red/orange’ beach meets the silty white mudflats that blend with the distant horizon. I wanted to convey the joy of the scene in front of me in a different way. Using a technique that’s been around for decades (intentional camera movement), I started to see two ballet dancers performing a ‘grand jetŽ’ across the mudflats.
