The View

This image is more about what you don’t see. Behind the clouds there is blue sky and a great white mound of snow called Mt Blanc – the highest mountain in the European Alps BUT is far from a stunning jagged peak like the Matterhorn or The Eiger. In fact its more of a smooth dome set back behind other peaks and photographically not that interesting. You never know what your going to get when shooting landscapes and finding the unexpected is the best part of shooting landscapes.
