Sadness grows in the mountains. It breeds in the mist.
My ongoing body of work explores the wild mountain landscape and it’s ability to draw a melancholy line across your mind and your heart. Some kind of melancholy, a series of large scale black and white photographs, is an attempt to map the topography of sadness.
