Surviving Lake

A search to find a lake that had not yet dried out near Edenhope Western Victoria. Finding this lake was a relief from the summer heat. The dusk, sound of the native birds flying home and the yabbies nibbling at my toes as I stood knee deep in the water offered a peaceful sanctuary amidst the bone dry landscape. How long before this lake dries up too?
