Winter in Byron Bay is a pretty special time, the town goes quiet – the appeal it loses to the masses of young people who party over the summer, it gains to those who value what the town offers for your soul.
“The Pass” is a point break at the southern end of the main beach, It wraps around the bay, and at its tip looks towards the west and the Byron hinterland. This particular week was very cool in the evenings and as night approached the sun threw down some magnificent golden hue into the distance
I captured this moment on one of my evening wanders, it is a peaceful serene moment from a soul nurturing location.
