Whilst visiting the gateway to the outback, Broken Hill, on a solo trip, I came across Menindee Lake. Who would have thought, out in the middle of nowhere the largest lake of seven, that holds 3 times the amount of water that Sydney Harbour holds, with its own beauty, as on its shores are dead trees that were drowned by the sudden filling of the lake after drought. Who would have thought……!
