Last light, Arkaroola

A trip to Lake Eyre to view the waters appearing in the normally arid landscape later took us south into the Flinders Rangers to the incredible Arkaroola. The winter light was bright and pure, but clouds made the landscape much more interesting, providing light and shade across the many colours I had never expected to see . I took this on the road out of Akaroola, as storm clouds rolled in and the sun disappeared.
