David Young is an advertising, editorial and arts photographer who now works and lives in Byron Bay. His current ‘fetish’ is for hands and feet and other abstractions around the female nude. Sensuality, mystery, beauty and humour are all expressed through these images. One of the influences in the work is from ‘pinhole camera’ imagery that has inspired David over the last year including his own experimentation with that technique. David is drawn to the painterly finish that transpires from this approach.
