A series of work focused on the complex nature of pink. Pink is a persuasive color and, within different contexts, can symbolise the sensual, exotic, threatening, calming, and many more.
Currently living and working in Sydney, Australia, Kyle’s work is inspired by the natural world and fundamental hidden phenomena that shape our human experience. He is fascinated by these mechanisms, the movements of deep time, and how they influence our perceived reality, which is then transformed by different cultural contexts and shaped by the viewer’s personal history and experience. Images are created with a medium format camera, producing Platinum Palladium Prints and Fine Art Archival Pigment Prints.
