Group Show

Dates:
Entry Fee: Free, donations welcome
The work of established and emerging Sydney photographers will be featured in shop windows of selected Oxford Street stores. The artistic nature of the artwork and the shop will be matched to create a strikingly beautiful street exhibition. This exhibition is to be featured as a key event in the prestigious Head On Photo Festival.
Curated by Cassie French and Sandy Edwards of ARTHERE, this event will be expanded from last year to run between Dowling Street and Paddington Town Hall.
Artists will include Luke Hardy, Catherine Cloran, Peter Solness, Ben Ali Ong, Zorica Purlija, Gary Heery, Lisa Marie Williams and Andy Baker. Several of the artists have exhibitions in galleries as part of Head On Photo Festival. The selected photos will be drawn from these exhibitions.
The final selection of artists and shops will be featured on the Head On Photo Festival website and on the ARTHERE website. There will be a postcard mudmap of the Oxford Street layout available from all featured shops and other outlets. On the Opening Night Streetwalk attendees will walk the street, meet the artists, enjoy the shops and have a glass of wine.
