Peter Collie is well known for his revealing, sometimes quirky portraits.

The first room in his latest show contains images of various local and international performers including Dan Sultan, Kirk Pengilly, Ursula Yovich and David Bowie.

The second room features a hauntingly beautiful selection of images taken from a recent shoot with long-time collaborator, makeup artist Julie Begin.

As well as having her work featured in the world’s top fashion magazines, Begin designed the makeup for the Cirque du Soleil show OVO.

In this series Collie and Begin have collaborated to produce a series of dark-textured, glossy images that speak on many levels to the position of women in society.
