From April 6 – 22 Bondi Pavilion will be home to the inspiring new
photographic exhibition ‘In the Studio’ by local Bondi photographer
Tobi Wilkinson. The ‘In the Studio’ exhibition captures the essence of
the Gyuto Monks of Tibet community, allowing us to look behind the
stereotype and engage with these remarkable men who are attempting
to live a spiritual life in their every thought, every word and every deed,
each moment of every day.
The ‘In the Studio’ exhibition is in collaboration with the Gyuto Monks
of Tibet ‘Infinite Present Tour of Australia’. The tour includes meditation
series, evening teachings, chanting, sand mandala, Culture for Kids and
a new session this tour ‘Tibetan Tips for Daily Life’ – revealing simple
but effective ways in which we can enrich our lives and minimise pain
and suffering.
