The project aims to explore and document the profound cultural and historical richness of Greece through visual storytelling. By capturing the essence of Greek heritage in a series of captivating photographs, we seek to showcase how the people of Greece vividly portray their rich history, culture and leisure activities.

Born in Nambour, Queensland, Nick Bourdaniotis spent his early years in Brisbane before relocating to Sydney in 2002. His ardour for photography commenced in his youth, and his unique and artistic approach to encapsulating moments in time ensures that his images consistently stand out with distinction.

Since 2017, Nick has been Director of Photography and Videography at the Greek City Times, where he is responsible for documenting significant editorial, social, and historical events within the global Greek community.

In early 2020, Nick acquired full accreditation as a photographer for the Australian Open tennis tournament, where he covered matches featuring Greek players and individuals of Greek heritage.
