Experience a journey to the Antarctic. Two Sydney photographers capture the fragile beauty and rugged uniqueness of this protected part of the world. These photographs will enthral and hypnotise the viewer with stunning scenery, stark contrast of colour and extraordinary wildlife.
– Christine is very passionate about photography. Her photography highlights her love of travel, wildlife, the outdoors and people. Embarking on a journey to the coldest, driest, windiest place on earth was a dream come true for this accomplished, spirited photographer. She describes the Antarctic as ‘awe inspiring’ and it now has a permanent place in her soul. She has won numerous awards, has had several of her works published and featured in six previous exhibitions. She completed her Cert. IV in photoimaging in 2011 at Ultimo TAFE with distinction. She runs a busy photography business focusing on photography education, photography art, commissioned works and portraiture.
– Carol’s driving spirit has seen her travel to far flung regions of this astounding planet. Through her work Carol explores the depths of humanity and the fragility, beauty and conflict afflicting the world we live in. Her love of the environment made the prospect of exploring Antarctica irresistible and life changing. Carol studied Photoimaging completing her Certificate IV in 2011 with Christine at Ultimo TAFE. Her body of work includes published work, 6 previous exhibitions and numerous awards for her unique talent in photography. She currently runs her photography business part-time specialising in landscape and human environments and is working towards a full time career in photography.
