These photographs were made in rural Russia in 2007-2010. The locations vary from the shores of the White Sea in Arkhangelsk Region to a remote village of Pokrova in Novosibirsk Region. It is an ongoing project that has consciously started in 2007 when I was a participant of Joop Swart Masterclass.
