The Shape of Music is an exploration of the visual aesthetics of music. Photography, geometry, music and time are all given equal importance in each piece. With so much beauty to explore throughout the widely varied history of music, this exhibition draws on the old and the new, finding both balance and contrast through nostalgia and modern invention. The use of shape, text, numerals and symbols emphasize the rhythm and character of each individual piece.
