If a picture paints a thousand words then what sort of a story could be told with only 3 photographs. This will be the thesis posed to student photographers from the University of Newcastle. The results of their photographic explorations will be exhibited at the Watt Space Gallery, as a part of a group show titled #3000_WORDS
University of Newcastle students participating in the exhibition will each play a role in the hanging and organisation of the show, thereby giving them valuable exhibition experience in a public Art Gallery. All photographic images and activities for the exhibition will be curated and supervised by University of Newcastle Photo Media lecturers and practicing artists, Clare Weeks and James Murphy.
