Date: 15 May 2020
Time: 1:30pm
Locations: Online
Cost: Free, donations welcome
Inspired by the ancient Roman goddess, Venus, my work here explores classical beauty in a modern context. It has contrast, transformations and narrative. It is sensual, erotic and emotional. This body of work references the long history of the portrait and the nude in painting and photography and reflects on that tradition in our multi-cultural world.
