I always have a very personal approach to documenting weddings. I spent hours sitting with the couple before their wedding day. We talked about life, culture, relationships, joy and sadness, just like all good friends would be. And that is exactly what I am trying to do on the day – being a guest to witness and experience my dear friend’s wedding. The resulted book, or The Photojournal, is a visual diary for myself to remind me of that relationship that I had with the couple.
